I am a strategic business advisor and transformation executive who has worked across five continents, supporting leaders, investors, and organizations through moments of complexity and change. My career has taken me from Partner at Ernst & Young to Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal, to senior executive roles at BP and Lendlease, and with my own firm—advising private equity firms, ultra-high-net-worth families, corporations, and founder-led ventures through high-stakes transitions.

My approach centers on inside-out transformation—working within an organization to understand its people, performance, and financial reality, particularly its cash position and value, before shaping change. I begin by listening, spending time with management and teams to build a clear view of strengths, gaps, and opportunities. Together, we design practical actions that create stability, strengthen financial discipline, and rebuild confidence. I stay closely engaged through execution, ensuring progress is both measurable and durable. Once the organization is steady and leadership is aligned, I step back—remaining available as a trusted guide while momentum continues.

Today, I continue this work by combining decades of executive experience with modern capability—integrating trusted specialists, decentralized expertise, artificial intelligence, and human judgment in what I call The Intelligence Multiplier. My focus remains the same: to help leaders manage liquidity, strengthen organizations, and navigate strategy with confidence and clarity.
