Over the course of my career, I’ve learned that during inflection points, transparency and disciplined execution matter more than vision alone.

I work inside organizations during periods of liquidity pressure, board and investor concern, or leadership misalignment.

Over my career, I have served as a Partner at Ernst & Young, a Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal, and an executive leader with BP and Lendlease, across five continents. I have led restructurings, operational resets, and cross-border transformations in energy, infrastructure, real estate, and technology.

Today, I take on a limited number of 3–9 month embedded mandates where financial visibility, executive coherence, and operating discipline require immediate reset. I work from within to restore financial clarity, re-establish steady execution, and hand the organization back stronger than I found it.
